Le Beaulieu is a fine French restaurant serving convivial, made-to-be-shared and delicious food in a casual, yet cozy, setting. From premium Fines de Claire oysters to the humble bouillabaisse, roasted Bresse chicken, homemade pâtés or côte de boeuf, chef Hervé meticulously brings out the detail and simplicity of his food by highlighting the quality produce sourced from France, Europe, Thailand and around the world. The desserts provide an appropriate denouement to a lovely meal including: last-minute cooked soufflé, slow-cooked nectarines, crème brûlée and baked apple tarte. Every dish has been refined to bring out the rich flavors and textures of the fine ingredients used.
With a spacious contemporary design and a dramatic staircase leading to the mezzanine floor, the main dining area inspires an ambiance that is modern, elegant and stylish. Restaurant features include a fully integrated bar and two private rooms on the mezzanine floor. Each room can accommodate an intimate party of 6 to 12, or can be combined to create a distinctive venue for 20+, ideal for private parties, business functions, birthdays, anniversaries as well as exclusive events.
For patrons looking for the ultimate dining experience, Le Beaulieu presents The Chef’s Table, a rare opportunity to see chef Hervé in his element. After a warm welcome, chef Hervé will prepare a personalized menu with wine pairings while taking the guests through each dish, all from the comforts of an intimate private dining room attached to the kitchen. This exclusive experience can accommodate a party of 6 to 8 and should be reserved in advance.
